Making a Reservation and Deposit

All Troops, Packs, Crews and Ships must provide 3 documents to reserve a site.

Although all campsites are first come first served, you may request a certain site when you make a reservation.

Documents required include:

  1. A certificate of liability insurance issued by your unit’s council with Camp Richard Campers Association, Rugged Road, Nantucket MA 02554, named as additional insured.
  2. A completed application for a reservation. (scroll down for a pdf)
  3. A completed and signed Acknowledgment form (scroll down for a pdf)

These forms may be emailed to Campranger@camprichard.org

After we receive your paperwork and deposit, your reservation should appear on the calendar. Please check the calendar to see if you have been scheduled, and let us know right away if it’s not correct.

You may also mail the forms to the address provided.

Fees:

In order to stay at Camp Richard, troops, packs and crews must pay $15.00 per person, per night.

Camping at the Adirondack shelter site requires an additional $100.00 per night.

Any unit with less than 10 people will be charged a minimum of $100.00.

A campsite deposit of $50.00 is required along with the application, acknowledgement form and certificate of insurance. A deposit of $100.00 is required in order to book the Adirondack site. Deposits are not refundable or transferable to another year

Propane is available in #20 cylinders for $20.00
